Selling to Intermarché: how to get listed

Updated:

In short

Les Mousquetaires is a group of independent store owners behind Intermarché and Netto, France's third-largest grocery group with 17.5% of the market over the full year 2025. It is the share gainer of 2026 and is taking over 167 Auchan supermarkets as franchises from October 2026. It buys with Auchan and Casino through the Aura alliance. It also owns more than 50 factories (Agromousquetaires), so for many categories you compete with its own production. Local producers get in store by store through "Producteurs d'ICI".

How Intermarché buys

Getting listed at Intermarché

  • No public supplier form: we did not find a "devenir fournisseur" page on mousquetaires.com or intermarche.com. National brands negotiate with the group's buyers and, for the largest suppliers, through Aura.
  • Local producers: stores that sign the "Producteurs d'ICI" charter work with producers within 70 km; more than 7,000 producers and more than 1,000 stores took part in 2022 (Les Mousquetaires, 8 Jun 2022). The way in is the store owner.
  • Own-brand suppliers: with the own-brand share heading to 40% and its own factories, check whether your category is made in-house before you pitch own-brand supply.
  • Deadlines: agreements must be signed before 1 March (31 January from the 2027 round for suppliers under €350 million). See our France guide.

FAQ

How do I become a supplier to Intermarché?

There is no public online form. National brands negotiate with the group's buyers or through the Aura alliance. Local producers start with the store owner, through the "Producteurs d'ICI" charter.

What is Aura?

The buying alliance of Intermarché, Auchan and Casino, formed in autumn 2024 for ten years. At European level it is part of Everest, an Amsterdam-based buying group with Edeka and Picnic.

Does Intermarché make its own products?

Yes. Agromousquetaires runs more than 50 production units and makes many of the group's own brands.

What happens to Auchan supermarkets?

167 of them become Intermarché or Netto franchises between October 2026 and May 2027. They stay owned by Auchan through a company called A+Super. Another 72 were sold directly to Mousquetaires store owners.
